University Executive Administrators have approved the following revision to the Executive Policy Manual.

University Policies on Intellectual Property, Technology Transfer, and Commercialization EP38

This new policy provides the University policy on disclosure, inventorship, ownership, management, and disposition of intellectual property created with University resources.
