This BPPM revision includes the following changes:

Confirming Purchases and Employee Purchase Reimbursements 70.20

This revision allows employees who have been granted expenditure authority for supporting accounts to approve employee reimbursements of $500 or less.

Courier Services 80.18

This revision includes the following changes:

  • The function of the courier service is clarified.
  • Use of the courier service to transport hazardous materials and nonhazardous laboratory samples is prohibited.
  • The description of additional services, i.e., Academic Media Services delivery, is updated.
  • The material preparation and delivery information is updated to reflect current practices.
