This BPPM revision includes the following changes:

Expenditure Transfers Between Funding Sources 30.25

This revision removes “Virtual University funds” from the examples of state or local projects between which expenses may be moved.


Buying Through Purchasing Services 70.13

This revision:

  • Adds bidder complaint and protest processes, in accordance with RCW 39.26.170.
  • Replaces references to RCW 43.19 with links to the replacing RCW sections.


Retention of Electronic Communications 90.03

This revision adds subsections that outline best practices for retaining records created or received by e-mail, text or voice mail message, or social media.
