This BPPM revision includes the following changes:

Meals and Lodging 95.06

This revision:

  • Adds a policy statement encouraging employees who expect to be in travel status at least once a year to obtain and use University travel charge cards.
  • Clarifies that the WSU name for the state-authorized corporate state travel card is “University travel charge card.”
  • Updates the procedures regarding commercial lodging facilities.
  • Updates the procedures regarding direct billing for lodging.
