This BPPM revision includes the following changes:

General Purchasing Information 70.01

This minor amendment states that federally-funded procurements will now be conducted in accordance with Uniform Guidance requirements (2 CRF 200). 

Travel Rates 95.19

This minor amendment updates the procedures for determining applicable meal and lodging per diem rates, to reflect current federal and state practices.
