This BPPM revision includes the following changes:

Use of Washington State University Name and Trademarks 35.10

This revision:

• Updates the RCW reference pertaining to criminal penalties for misuse of WSU trademarks. It also clarifies the range of possible criminal penalties.
• Updates the description of WSU’s academic signature.
• Removes all references to the “Product and Art Approval Committee” because the committee no longer exists.
• Clarifies wording for the procedure to follow in instances where items are unavailable from a licensed supplier.
