For assistance with completing the online service request, contact the Crimson Service Desk; telephone 509-335-4357, or e-mail <a href=\"mailto:crimsonservicedesk@wsu.edu\">Crimson Service Desk<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Upon receiving a service request, ITS sends an automated e-mail response to the requester. ITS may contact the requester if additional information is needed to complete the request.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pullman departments may view a listing of currently-assigned telecommunications services at the <a href=\"https:\/\/pcr360.wsu.edu\/cc\">ITS Customer Center<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4>Non-Pullman Campuses<\/h4>\n<p>Departments located at non-Pullman campuses are to send requests to move, change, disconnect or add new telecommunication services to the appropriate campus HelpDesk:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Everett Campus HelpDesk; telephone <a href=\"tel:425-405-1555\">425-405-1555<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Spokane Campus HelpDesk; telephone <a href=\"tel:509-358-7748\">509-358-7748<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Tri-Cities Campus HelpDesk; telephone <a href=\"tel:509-372-7334\">509-372-7334<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Vancouver Campus HelpDesk; telephone <a href=\"tel:360-546-9770\">360-546-9770<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Account Worktags<\/h4>\n<p>In the online user profile, the requester enters the appropriate worktags for the account most often used to support communications and network service charges.<\/p>\n<p>In the online service request, the requester may enter a different set of worktags to support one-time and\/or monthly charges for the service selected.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> The user and\/or requester must have the appropriate Workday security roles (e.g., cost center manager, program manager) for each of the worktags listed.<\/p>\n<h4>Telecommunication Products and Features<\/h4>\n<p>Information regarding available telecommunications products and features is located at <a href=\"https:\/\/its.wsu.edu\/unified-communications\/\">ITS Telephone Product Information<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Repairs<\/h3>\n<h4>WSU Pullman<\/h4>\n<p>Departments at the Pullman campus are to contact the Crimson Service Desk for all network and telephone outages, incidents, or repair requests.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Telephone 509-335-4357<\/li>\n<li>E-mail <a href=\"mailto:crimsonservicedesk@wsu.edu\">Crimson Service Desk<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Complete the online <a href=\"https:\/\/itsforms.wsu.edu\/Contact\/ReportAProblem.aspx\/\">ITS repair request<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><a name=\"non_pullman\">Non-Pullman Locations<\/a><\/h4>\n<p>Departments located at non-Pullman campuses are to contact the local campus Helpdesk for all incident and repair requests:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Everett Campus HelpDesk;
