{"id":39833,"date":"2018-11-05T13:41:14","date_gmt":"2018-11-05T21:41:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/policies.wsu.edu\/prf\/?page_id=39833"},"modified":"2022-11-29T09:43:57","modified_gmt":"2022-11-29T17:43:57","slug":"bppm-revision-523","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/policies.wsu.edu\/prf\/bppm-manual-revisions\/bppm-revision-523\/","title":{"rendered":"BPPM Revision 523"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wsu-row wsu-row--single\" >\r\n    \n<div class=\"wsu-column\"  style=\"\">\r\n\t\n\n<h1>BPPM Revision #523<\/h1>\n<p><strong>November 7, 2018<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>This BPPM revision includes the following changes:<\/p>\n<p><strong>CougarCard <a href=\"https:\/\/policies.wsu.edu\/prf\/index\/manuals\/business-policies-and-procedures-manual\/bppm-10-08\/\">10.08<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This revision:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Updates the identification procedures for obtaining a CougarCard.<\/li>\n<li>Clarifies the optional function of linking a CougarCard to&nbsp;a U.S. Bank account (referred to as CougarCard Maxx).<\/li>\n<li>Clarifies that cardholders with preferred or chosen names are not eligible for CougarCard Maxx.<\/li>\n<li>Updates the contact information for the WSU Everett Cougar Card office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Purchasing Advertisements <a href=\"https:\/\/policies.wsu.edu\/prf\/index\/manuals\/business-policies-and-procedures-manual\/bppm-70-39\/\">70.39<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This revision:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Updates the equal opportunity\/affirmative action statements required on all position advertisements.<\/li>\n<li>Clarifies the information required for inclusion with vendor order or purchasing documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Updates the advance review procedure of faculty and AP position advertisements.<\/li>\n<li>Adds a&nbsp;reference to the HRS website for additional diversity statement recommendations for some positions.<\/li>\n<li>Clarifies the procedures for verifying the accuracy&nbsp;and placement of requested advertisements.<\/li>\n<li>Changes the title of this section from &#8220;Purchasing Advertising&#8221;
