{"id":40166,"date":"2019-02-04T11:44:11","date_gmt":"2019-02-04T19:44:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/policies.wsu.edu\/prf\/?page_id=40166"},"modified":"2022-11-29T09:43:08","modified_gmt":"2022-11-29T17:43:08","slug":"bppm-revision-526","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/policies.wsu.edu\/prf\/bppm-manual-revisions\/bppm-revision-526\/","title":{"rendered":"BPPM Revision 526"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wsu-row wsu-row--single\" >\r\n    \n<div class=\"wsu-column\"  style=\"\">\r\n\t\n\n<h1>BPPM Revision #526<\/h1>\n<p><strong>February 7, 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>This BPPM revision includes the following changes:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Managing Research Records <a href=\"https:\/\/policies.wsu.edu\/prf\/index\/manuals\/business-policies-and-procedures-manual\/bppm-45-35\/\">45.35<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This revision updates the policy, definitions, requirements,&nbsp;and responsibilities for managing records related to University research.<\/p>\n<p><b>Travel Management <a href=\"https:\/\/policies.wsu.edu\/prf\/index\/manuals\/business-policies-and-procedures-manual\/bppm-95-01\/\">95.01<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<p>This revision:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Changes the title of this section from &#8220;General Travel Policies.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Updates and clarifies the requirements, procedures, and reference information applicable to the management of WSU travel.<\/li>\n<li>Moves the Travel Authority form from BPPM 95.05 to this section (BPPM 95.01).<\/li>\n<li>Updates the Travel Authority form for clarity and conformance with the revised procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>University Travel Charge Card <a href=\"https:\/\/policies.wsu.edu\/prf\/index\/manuals\/business-policies-and-procedures-manual\/bppm-95-03\/\">95.03<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This revision:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Updates the requirements, responsibilities, and procedures for requesting and using the University travel charge card.<\/li>\n<li>Updates the actions to be taken by the issuing financial institution and the University regarding delinquency and collection of outstanding debts.<\/li>\n<li>Adds a cardholder agreement to the Travel Charge Card Application and updates the form for clarity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Travel Advance <a href=\"https:\/\/policies.wsu.edu\/prf\/index\/manuals\/business-policies-and-procedures-manual\/bppm-95-05\/\">95.05<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This revision:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Changes the title of the section from &#8220;Travel Authority.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Updates and clarifies the requirements and procedures applicable to the management of travel advances.<\/li>\n<li>Removes the Travel Authority (TA) form and procedures from this section.
