This section provides an overview of security protocol management at the WSU campuses.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"Two_0\">2.0&nbsp;&nbsp;   Non-Pullman Campuses<\/h3>\n<p>The campus facilities and public safety or security departments establish building access and security protocols for the WSU Everett, WSU Spokane, WSU Tri-Cities, and WSU Vancouver campuses.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"Two_1\">2.1&nbsp;&nbsp;   WSU Everett<\/h4>\n<p>For further information, contact the campus Facilities Manager; telephone 425-405-1566; or the Campus Safety Officer; telephone 425-315-4014.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"Two_2\">2.2&nbsp;&nbsp;   WSU Spokane<\/h4>\n<p>For further information regarding WSU Spokane building access, see the <a href=\"https:\/\/spokane.wsu.edu\/campus-security\/safety-services\/\">WSU Spokane Safety and Security<\/a> website.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"Two_3\">2.3&nbsp;&nbsp;   WSU Tri-Cities<\/h4>\n<p>For further information regarding WSU Tri-Cities building access and security, see the <a href=\"https:\/\/tricities.wsu.edu\/safety\/campushours\/\">WSU Tri-Cities Campus Hours<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/tricities.wsu.edu\/safety\/\">Campus Safety and Security<\/a> websites.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"Two_4\">2.4&nbsp;&nbsp;   WSU Vancouver<\/h4>\n<p>For further information, contact campus Facilities Services; telephone 360-546-9000; or Public Safety; telephone 360-546-9001.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"Three_0\">3.0&nbsp;&nbsp;   WSU Pullman Campus<\/h3>\n<h4 id=\"Three_1\">3.1&nbsp;&nbsp;   Authorized Use<\/h4>\n<p>Only authorized individuals may be in University buildings at WSU Pullman after normal public hours.<\/p>\n<p>An authorized person must carry a CougarCard when accessing University buildings after normal public hours. The individual presents the card to WSU Police or security staff upon request. See <a href=\"https:\/\/policies.wsu.edu\/prf\/index\/manuals\/business-policies-and-procedures-manual\/bppm-10-08\/\">UPPM 10.08<\/a> for CougarCard procedures.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"Three_2\">3.2&nbsp;&nbsp;   Security Response<\/h4>\n<p>University security staff at WSU Pullman call WSU Police for assistance if they are unable to verify an individual&#8217;s identity and\/or reason for being in the building after normal public hours.<\/p>\n<p>WSU Police or security personnel escort any unidentified and\/or unauthorized individual from the building. WSU Police may take other appropriate law enforcement action against the individual.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"Three_3\">3.3&nbsp;&nbsp;   User Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<p>Individuals who are in WSU Pullman University buildings after hours assume the following responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Observing all safety and fire regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Turning off nonessential lights or electronics when not in use.<\/li>\n<li>Closing and locking all doors upon leaving.
