{"id":60741,"date":"2023-08-09T08:17:03","date_gmt":"2023-08-09T15:17:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/policies.wsu.edu\/prf\/?page_id=60741"},"modified":"2023-08-16T20:04:14","modified_gmt":"2023-08-17T03:04:14","slug":"bppm-revision-613","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/policies.wsu.edu\/prf\/bppm-manual-revisions\/bppm-revision-613\/","title":{"rendered":"BPPM Revision 613"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wsu-row wsu-row--single\" >\r\n    \n<div class=\"wsu-column\"  style=\"\">\r\n\t\n\n<h1>BPPM Revision #613<\/h1>\n<p><strong>August 17, 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>This BPPM revision includes the following changes:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Use of Resources to Support a Charity, Charitable Organization, or Charitable Purpose 10.24<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This policy is removed from the BPPM.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recruitment and Selection of Administrative Professional Personnel <a href=\"https:\/\/policies.wsu.edu\/prf\/index\/manuals\/business-policies-and-procedures-manual\/bppm-60-17\/\">60.17<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This revision adds the Executive Vice President for Finance and Administration and Executive Vice President of Health Sciences as positions that may make an executive appointment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cyclic-Year Positions for Classified Employees <a href=\"https:\/\/policies.wsu.edu\/prf\/index\/manuals\/business-policies-and-procedures-manual\/bppm-60-30\/\">60.30<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This revision clarifies that if an employee works for another dept. on an hourly basis during a scheduled LWOP period, they may be <em>eligible<\/em> to accrue annual\/sick leave for the additional work time, rather than they <em>will<\/em> accrue.
