{"id":60746,"date":"2023-08-09T09:48:27","date_gmt":"2023-08-09T16:48:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/policies.wsu.edu\/prf\/?page_id=60746"},"modified":"2023-09-18T07:59:04","modified_gmt":"2023-09-18T14:59:04","slug":"epm-revision-113","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/policies.wsu.edu\/prf\/index\/revisions\/epm-revisions\/epm-revision-113\/","title":{"rendered":"EPM Revision 113"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wsu-row wsu-row--single\" >\r\n    \n<div class=\"wsu-column\"  style=\"\">\r\n\t\n\n<h1>EPM Revision #113<\/h1>\n<p><strong>August 17, 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>University Executive Administrators have approved the following revision to the Executive Policy Manual.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/policies.wsu.edu\/prf\/index\/manuals\/executive-policy-manual\/ep06\/\">EP6<\/a> Policy on Risk Management<br><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This revision updates the WSU system policy on risk management, including updates and clarifications to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Policy and purpose;<\/li>\n<li>Applicability;<\/li>\n<li>Definitions;<\/li>\n<li>Roles and responsibilities;<\/li>\n<li>Procedures for compliance with the enterprise risk management program;<\/li>\n<li>References and resources; and<\/li>\n<li>Contact information for assistance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/policies.wsu.edu\/prf\/index\/manuals\/executive-policy-manual\/ep45\/\">EP45<\/a> University Ethics Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This revision:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adds requirements regarding use of resources to support a charity, charitable organization, or charitable purpose.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Clarifies the use of resources for private benefit or gain, including adding separate sections for de minimus use requirements and resource use for promoting organizational effectiveness.
