The Controller advises that these individuals not be allowed to drive state- or privately-owned vehicles for University business.<\/li>\n<li>Updates the definitions list and clarifies the definition of &#8220;student&#8221; by moving requirements regarding students that are currently provided in several places in the section. The applicable requirements are moved, but not changed otherwise.<\/li>\n<li>Clarifies the driving prohibitions to move two of the most critical under the Authorization subsection.<\/li>\n<li>Clarifies the departmental retention requirements regarding driver documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Removes van training resources provided by Motor Pool.
