BPPM Revision #630<\/h1>\n

This BPPM revision includes the following changes:<\/p>\n

50.37<\/a> Unmanned Aircraft Systems Operation<\/strong><\/p>\n

This new policy provides requirements, restrictions, and guidelines for operating an unmanned aircraft system over any WSU property or sponsored activity.<\/p>\n

50.70<\/a> Campus Security Authority Designation and Communication<\/strong><\/p>\n

This new policy provides responsibilities and requirements for designating, reporting, and communicating with and from campus security authorities, in accordance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act). (20 USC 1092(f)).<\/p>\n

50.71<\/a> Clery Geography Assessment Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

This new policy establishes guidelines and procedures for assessing the geography of Washington State University (WSU) in accordance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act). (20 USC 1092(f)).<\/p>\n

50.72<\/a> Timely Warnings and Emergency Notification Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

This new policy establishes guidelines and procedures for providing timely warnings and emergency notifications to the campus community, in accordance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act). (20 USC 1092(f)).<\/p>\n

60.55<\/a> Performance Management Evaluations<\/strong><\/p>\n

This revision updates the employee performance evaluation policy and processes for faculty, AP, and civil service employees in accordance with current practice. This includes the process of AP and civil service evaluations that are now done in Workday.<\/p>\n

80.21<\/a> Interdepartmental Mail<\/strong><\/p>\n

This revision removes references to courier services run by Central Receiving and Delivery, as these services have been discontinued and the related BPPM policy (80.18: Courier Services) was removed in April 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
