and<\/li>\n<li>Adds information on billing and aging reports through the Bursar\u2019s Office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><b><a href=\"https:\/\/policies.wsu.edu\/prf\/index\/manuals\/business-policies-and-procedures-manual\/bppm-40-02\/\">40.02<\/a> Proposal Processing and Development<\/b><\/p>\n<p>This revision:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Updates the proposal approval process;<\/li>\n<li>Adds time requirements for completing the eRex form;<\/li>\n<li>Clarifies waiver requirements;<\/li>\n<li>Clarifies executive signatures requirements; and<\/li>\n<li>Updates relevant position and department titles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/policies.wsu.edu\/prf\/index\/manuals\/business-policies-and-procedures-manual\/bppm-60-15\/\"><b>60.15<\/b><\/a>\u00a0<strong>Partner and Spouse Accommodation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This revision:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Changes proposal approval from the Vice Provost for Faculty Development and Recognition to the Office of the Provost generally;<\/li>\n<li>Includes HRS in the departmental proposal development process;<\/li>\n<li>Acknowledges \u201cdual career\u201d terminology;<\/li>\n<li>Updates the criteria for position support after the end of temporary employment;<\/li>\n<li>Adjusts formatting to match current policy template; and<\/li>\n<li>Updates links to resources throughout.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/policies.wsu.edu\/prf\/index\/manuals\/business-policies-and-procedures-manual\/bppm-60-31\/\">60.31<\/a> Probationary and Trial Service Periods for Civil Service Employees<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This revision:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adds \u201cbreaks in service\u201d to circumstances requiring probationary periods;<\/li>\n<li>Updates position titles for accuracy; and<\/li>\n<li>Fixes grammar and formatting to reflect current template.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/policies.wsu.edu\/prf\/index\/manuals\/business-policies-and-procedures-manual\/bppm-60-71\/\">60.71<\/a> Training and Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This revision:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Incorporates and updates information on release time for training, allowing <strong>retirement of UPPM 60.72<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>Updates training and development expectations;<\/li>\n<li>Clarifies documentation requirements for training;
