and<\/li>\n<li>Incorporates and references other University policies such as driving University vehicles and annual reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<hr>\n<p><b><a href=\"https:\/\/policies.wsu.edu\/prf\/index\/manuals\/business-policies-and-procedures-manual\/bppm-10-38\/\">10.38<\/a> Policy on Policies<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">This revision:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clarifies procedures for revising forms and appendices; and<\/li>\n<li>Updates links throughout.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<p><b><a href=\"https:\/\/policies.wsu.edu\/prf\/index\/manuals\/business-policies-and-procedures-manual\/bppm-20-36\/\">20.36<\/a> Facility Naming Policy<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">This revision:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adds EVPFO authority to refer projects to Facility Names Committee;<\/li>\n<li>Includes \u201cgifts in place\u201d, such as statues and memorial structures;<\/li>\n<li>Clarifies requirements for service- and impact-based honorifics; and<\/li>\n<li>Clarifies rights to deny naming requests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<p><b><a href=\"https:\/\/policies.wsu.edu\/prf\/index\/manuals\/business-policies-and-procedures-manual\/bppm-30-61\/\">30.61<\/a> Payment Card Data Security Compliance<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">This revision:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adds responsibilities regarding merchant and terminal accounts;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Updates website and third-party processing security requirements;<\/li>\n<li>Simplifies process for PCI DSS assessments; and<\/li>\n<li>Updates links and titles throughout.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<p><b><a href=\"https:\/\/policies.wsu.edu\/prf\/index\/manuals\/business-policies-and-procedures-manual\/bppm-55-56\/\">55.56<\/a> Departmental Recognition Awards<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">This revision:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Changes the name of the policy from \u201cCash Awards to WSU Employees\u201d to \u201cDepartmental Recognition Awards\u201d;<\/li>\n<li>Clarifies that the policy applies solely to departmental and unit recognition awards under RCW 41.60.150 and does not apply to centrally funded awards;<\/li>\n<li>Clarifies that the $200 limit for these awards applies regardless of the source of WSU funds; and<\/li>\n<li>Specifies the time required for physical checks to be processed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<p><b><a href=\"https:\/\/policies.wsu.edu\/prf\/index\/manuals\/business-policies-and-procedures-manual\/bppm-60-12\/\">60.12<\/a> Administrative Professional Salary Determination and Adjustment<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">This revision:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Updates the conditions needed for a stipend to be appropriate;<\/li>\n<li>Adds a section outlining the need and requirements for temporary salary increases;<\/li>\n<li>Updates bullet point on \u201cextraordinary merit\u201d as a reason for an out-of-cycle salary adjustment;<\/li>\n<li>Updates the HRS process for reviewing an employee-requested position review; and<\/li>\n<li>Adds a section outlining the requirements and process for a management-requested position review.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<p><b><a href=\"https:\/\/policies.wsu.edu\/prf\/index\/manuals\/business-policies-and-procedures-manual\/bppm-60-18\/\">60.18<\/a> Recruitment and Selection of Classified Positions<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">This revision:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Removes references to protected and underrepresented classes when discussing equal opportunity employment;<\/li>\n<li>Includes Recruiter and HRS in steps throughout the recruitment process;<\/li>\n<li>Updates steps for changing an applicant\u2019s status during the interview process;<\/li>\n<li>Simplifies exceptional circumstances for exceptions to open recruitment;<\/li>\n<li>States requirements for direct appointments not handled through Workday;
