This SPPM revision includes the following changes:

Level 3 and Level 4 Safety, Health, and Security Committees and Meetings 2.12

This revision:

• Provides an overview of the University-wide administrative restructuring of safety, health, and security (SHS) committees.
• Revises the reporting form (formerly titled Safety Meeting Report) in accordance with the requirements of the section.
• Changes the title of the section from Unit Safety Committees and Meetings.
