BOR Policy Manual Revision #1

The Washington State University Board of Regents have approved a new Board of Regents (BOR) Policy Manual. This manual includes policies and procedures relating to the Board’s governance of Washington State University and the regulation of the business of the Board.

The following policies make up the BOR Policy Manual:

Board of Regents Conflict of Interest Policy BOR1

This new policy provides standards to ensure that all actions taken by members of the BOR are in the best interests of the University and avoid activities that could impair the public’s trust in the institution.

Board of Regents Real Estate Policy BOR4

This policy is moved without changes from Executive Policy Manual EP22.

Board of Regents Debt Management Policy BOR5

This policy is moved without changes from Executive Policy Manual EP31.
