The Washington State University Board of Regents have approved the following revision to the Board of Regents (BOR) Policy Manual.

BOR1 Board of Regents Conflict of Interest Policy

This revision updates and clarifies the policy in accordance with current practice and procedures.

BOR3 Board of Regents Policy Committee Charters

This revision:

• Updates the responsibilities of the Executive and Governance Committee, the Academic and Student Affairs Committee, and the Finance and Administration Committee.
• Updates the purpose and responsibilities of the Strategic and Operational Excellence Committee.
