The Washington State University Board of Regents have approved the following revision to the Board of Regents (BOR) Policy Manual.

Board of Regents Policy on Committee Charters BOR3

This revision:

• Consolidates the six current committees into four;
• Adds inclusion, diversity, equity, and access to all committee charters;
• Strengthens the language in the Executive and Governance Committee responsibilities regarding presidential evaluation and compensation;
• Provides a designated primary liaison to each committee; and
• Adds corporate engagement and WSU Extension to the purview of the Strategic and Operational Excellence committee.
