University Executive Administrators have approved the following revision to the Executive Policy Manual.

WSU Information Security Policy EP37

This revision adds a requirement for all employees (including volunteers authorized to access WSU information systems and/or network) to complete annual cyber security training, as designated by Information Technology Services. Units may require employees to complete additional cyber security training, as deemed necessary.

Prevention of Infectious Diseases with Vaccines and Screening EP43

This new policy authorizes the adoption of vaccination and screening requirements for vaccine-preventable disease and creates a framework for addressing vaccination requirements across the Washington State University (WSU) system.
