University Executive Administrators have approved the following revision to the Executive Policy Manual.

EP38 University Policies on Intellectual Property, Technology Transfer, and Commercialization

This revision updates the policy and requirements regarding intellectual property, technology transfer, and commercialization. The revision includes moving the policy and procedures regarding acceptance and management of equity in WSU intellectual property based companies to pending new BPPM policy 35.50.
