University Executive Administrators have approved the following revision to the Executive Policy Manual.

EP40 HIPAA Hybrid Entity Designation Policy

This revision:

• Updates the titles of responsible WSU administrator’s positions.
• Updates the WSU Health Care Components diagram in Appendix A.
