University Executive Administrators have approved the following revision to the Executive Policy Manual.

Policy Prohibiting Discrimination, Discriminatory Harassment, Sexual Harassment, and Sex and Gender Based Violence EP15

This revision:

• Changes the title of the policy from Policy Prohibiting Discrimination, Sexual Harassment, and Sexual Misconduct.
• Updates the prohibition policy, definitions, and reporting procedures regarding discrimination, discriminatory harassment, and sex and gender-based violence, in accordance with federal law and recommended best practices.
• Adds an appendix with examples of prohibited conduct.
• Adds a requirement regarding grievances under this policy arising out of WSU health care programs or activities that receive funding from the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services.
