University Executive Administrators have approved the following revision to the Executive Policy Manual.

University Domain Name Policy EP21

This revision:

• Updates and expands the policy statement requirements for the structure and use of domain names.
• Updates the procedures for requesting new wsu.edu and .org domains, and for appealing denied domain names.
• Updates the applicable definitions to reflect current University practices and to increase clarity.
