University Executive Administrators have approved the following revision to the Executive Policy Manual.
Policy for Allocating Facilities and Administrative Cost Recovery Funds EP2
This revision completely reorganizes the policy and includes additions and/or updates to the following:
- Guiding principles for allocation of facilities and administrative (F&A) funds.
- Allocation formulas.
- Special allocation process and requirements related to faculty recruitment or startup.
- Requirements for investigators regarding expenditures of F&A.
- Annual F&A reporting requirements.
- Maintenance requirement for annual review of this policy.
- Changes the title of this section to “Policy for Allocating Facilities and Administrative Cost Recovery Funds.”
