This SPPM revision includes the following changes:

2.52 Hazard Notification

This revision updates:

• The procedures for departments to report hazards at each campus location.
• The routing instructions for those campuses which use the Hazard Notification form associated with this SPPM section.

3.44 Outdoor Heat Stress

This revision updates the requirements, responsibilities, and procedures for protecting employees and volunteers from outdoor heat-related illnesses.
