This BPPM revision includes the following changes:

55.49 Payment Upon Separation of Employment

This revision:

• Increases the maximum annual leave accrual for civil service employees for purposes of reimbursement upon termination. (This change is in accordance with updated RCW 43.01.044.)
• Clarifies that the hourly rate for unused annual leave reimbursement is calculated using the unprorated monthly salary for the employee.
