The Washington State University Board of Regents have approved the following revision to the Board of Regents (BOR) Policy Manual.

BOR5 Debt Management Policy

This revision:

• Includes debt to short-term credit facilities; and
• Adds responsibilities and procedures regarding use of short-term credit facilities
