This BPPM revision includes the following changes:

University Records – Retention and Disposition 90.01

This minor amendment includes the following changes:

  • Removes the records retention schedule tables from the section. The section now refers to the tables available on the PRF website.
  • Updates the biennial review process.
  • Clarifies that inactive records must be secure from unauthorized access.
  • Updates instructions for requesting storage space from Facilities in accordance with the current process.
  • Updates information about using private shredding companies for record disposal.
