This BPPM revision includes the following changes:

Tracking Departmental Expenditures 30.06

This revision:

  • Updates the responsibilities and procedures for monitoring and ensuring that departmental expenditures are appropriate, stay within budget allocations, and are properly authorized.
  • Updates the section in accordance with Workday procedures, including references to applicable Workday reference guides (knowledge base articles).

Certificate of Insurance 50.11

This revision:

  • Removes the PDF version Request for Certificate of Insurance form from the BPPM.
  • Adds a new online survey procedure for submitting requests for certificates of insurance.
  • Adds website and contact information for further information and assistance.
