This BPPM revision includes the following changes:
80.91 WSU Pullman Parking Ticket Disposition Policy
This revision:
- Moves this policy from the Executive Policy Manual (EP30) to the Business Policies and Procedures Manual.
- Updates the definitions and list of waive types and options in accordance with current University practices.
90.70 University Contact Information
This revision:
- Changes the title of policy from University Name and Address File.
- Removes all references to University Name and Address File (UNAF) because it is a legacy process from AIS.
- Adds and/or updates responsibilities, instructions, and processes currently used by WSU system to create, update, and maintain contact information in Workday and myWSU.
- Refers users to the WSU FERPA website for specific information related to placing restrictions on student information.
- Adds information about emergency contacts.
95.35 Motor Pool
This revision:
- Updates the requirements and procedures for obtaining service and repairs for campus motor pool cars to add electric vehicle (EV) charging, per request by Payment Services.
- Adds mid-term rentals (30 days to one year) to the option for rentals of WSU Pullman Motor Pool vehicles.
- Updates the requirements and procedures for mid- and long-term rentals of WSU Pullman Motor Pool vehicles.
- Adds penalties for late pick-up and failure to pick up scheduled WSU Pullman Motor Pool vehicles.
- Updates the Vehicle Request / Justification form to add mid-term rentals of WSU Pullman Motor Pool vehicles.
