This BPPM revision includes the following changes:

10.08 CougarCard

This revision:

• Adds a requirement for legal names to obtain CougarCard cards linked to bank accounts, due to federal banking regulations.
• Updates the functions of the CougarCard.
• Updates the requirements and procedures for obtaining CougarCards.
• Adds requirements and procedures for use of preferred pronouns and appeals of excluded preferred pronouns.
• Updates contact information for the applicable campus offices that manage CougarCards.

55.10 Withholding Federal and State Income Taxes

This revision:

• Clarifies required state taxes may include more than just state income tax.
• Clarifies that Payroll does not refund any withheld taxes.
