BPPM Revision #645

This BPPM revision includes the following changes:

60.37 Layoff–Civil Service Employees

This revision:

  • Adds nonpermanent employees and positions to the options for an individual laid off;
  • Clarifies that most comparable positions must be offered if more than one position is available;
    • Specifically, this revision notes that a permanent position is more comparable than a nonpermanent position
  • Removes references to the WSU Pullman Chancellor.

70.08 Procurement Card

This revision updates the policy, responsibilities, requirements, and procedures regarding procurement card use including updates to:

  • The procurement card process;
  • The types of purchases that may and may not be made with procurement cards;
  • The records that must be maintained and reconciled for each cycle; and
  • A variety of other program information.

The revision also updates all the forms associated with the policy, with the addition of a new cardholder agreement for procurement card renewals. 


85.34 Information Technology Computing Invoice and Usage Reports (Removed)

This policy is being removed from the BPPM because the information in it is outdated and current information about computing invoices and reports is readily available on the IT website.
