University Executive Administrators have approved the following revision to the Executive Policy Manual.

EP15 Policy Prohibiting Discrimination and Harassment

This revision changes the process for responding to complaints of sexual harassment and sexual misconduct to comply with Title IX regulations initially issued in 2020. This change is in response to a recent court order.
