This SPPM revision includes the following changes:

Emergency Contacts and Information 0.01

This revision:

  • Updates the emergency information links and contacts for use by persons at WSU Pullman.
  • Adds emergency contact information for use by persons at the WSU Spokane, WSU Tri-Cities, WSU Vancouver, and WSU Everett campuses.
  • Changes the title of this section from “Emergency Telephone Numbers.”

Asbestos Safety 5.22

This revision:

  • Updates the overview of restrictions and requirements regarding the handling of suspected asbestos-containing material, including: 1) applicable training, 2) asbestos abatement activities, and 3) facility modifications and maintenance.
  • Updates responsibility for providing asbestos-related assistance to include EH&S departments at all WSU campuses.
  • Updates responsibility for authorizing WSU employees or contractors to provide asbestos-related facility modification and maintenance to include Facilities Services and Housing and Dining Services departments, as applicable, at all WSU campuses.
