This BPPM revision includes the following changes:

Miscellaneous Travel Expenses 95.08

This revision:

• Adds a bullet point item stating that charges for GPS devices required in connection with University business travel are reimbursable.
• Adds a bullet point item stating that airfare purchased with airline miles and tolls associated with the use of HOT lanes are not reimbursable.
• Modifies the bullet point item regarding car-related expenses to note that tolls associated with the use of high occupancy toll (HOT) lanes are considered a personal expense and are not reimbursable.

Motor Pool 95.35

This revision adds a section that outlines the policies and procedures for driving University-owned vehicles off-road.
