This BPPM revision includes the following changes:

Processing University Contracts 10.11

This revision:

  • Replaces all references to the Contract Review Sheet with the Contracts and Real Estate Office (CREO) Intake Sheet located on the CREO website.
  • Removes the Contract Review Sheet from this section.

General Purchasing Information 70.01

This revision adds a general policy regarding the licensing of WSU intellectual property, including technology transfers.

Using Discretionary 17A Accounts 70.33

This revision:

  • Updates the procedures for expenditure justification.
  • Updates the procedures for employee reimbursement justification.
  • Updates the requirements for claim approval.
  • Clarifies central finance office responsibilities.
