BPPM 35.55: Commercialization Royalties
This new policy provides an overview of the internal University process for distribution of commercialization royalties.
The policy supplements the policies in EP38: University Policies on Intellectual Property, Technology Transfer, and Commercialization and the Faculty Manual sections regarding intellectual property (Faculty Manual Sections IV.F and IV.G.).
BPPM 45.15 Organizational Conflict of Interest
This new policy sets forth definitions, responsibilities, and requirements regarding the disclosure and management of actual, potential, and apparent organizational conflicts of interest (OCIs) related to the services the University performs as a federal awardee or contractor.
BPPM 45.25: Responding to Alleged Violations of University Research Policies
This new policy provides responsibilities, requirements, and procedures for investigating and responding to alleged violations of University research policies.
BPPM 50.37 Unmanned Aircraft Systems Operation
This new policy provides requirements, restrictions, and guidelines for operating an unmanned aircraft system over any WSU property or sponsored activity.

BPPM 50.70 Campus Security Authority Designation and Communication
This new policy provides responsibilities and requirements for designating, reporting, and communicating with and from campus security authorities (CSAs), in accordance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act). (20 USC 1092(f))
BPPM 50.71 Clery Geography Assessment Policy
This new policy establishes guidelines and procedures for assessing the geography of Washington State University (WSU) in accordance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act). (20 USC 1092(f))
BPPM 50.72 Timely Warnings and Emergency Notification Policy
This new policy establishes guidelines and procedures for providing timely warnings and emergency notifications to the campus community, in accordance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act). (20 USC 1092(f))
BPPM 87.07 Individual E-Mail Address Policy
This new policy provides requirements regarding the use of e-mail accounts to conduct University business. This policy is intended to reduce the risk of unauthorized access to WSU institutional data and to ensure that required public records are maintained in an accessible manner as required by law.
SPPM 6.15 Emergency Epinephrine Auto-Injector Policy
This new policy establishes guidelines and requirements related to the use of emergency epinephrine auto-injectors (“EpiPens”) in WSU facilities.
