This BPPM revision includes the following changes:

E-Signature Policy Overview and General Guidance 90.50

This new section provides an overview of the University’s policy regarding the use and acceptance of e-signatures, in accordance with the requirements of the state Electronic Signature Guidelines. This new section also includes a form for requesting exceptions to the e-signature use restrictions in this policy.

Standard E-Signature Use for University Transactions 90.51

This new section provides an overview of the standard University procedures related to the use of e-signatures for University business transactions, in accordance with the requirements of the state Electronic Signature Guidelines. Unless University units establish and publish customized e-signature policies and procedures in accordance with BPPM 90.50, use of e-signatures for University transactions are to be governed by this new section.
