This BPPM revision includes the following changes:

Acquisition of Computer Equipment, Services, or Software 70.24

This revision:

• Adds the requirement that departments must maintain records of computer software licenses, registration, and proof of purchase in accordance with University records retention requirements.
• Adds a reference to BPPM 35.30 for intellectual property requirements related to software.

Travel Rates 95.19

This revision includes the following changes in accordance with updated OFM regulations effective January 1, 2018:

• Increases the motor vehicle mileage rate from 53.5 cents per mile to 54.5 cents per mile.
• Increases the non-high-cost maximum lodging rate from $91 per night to $93 per night.
