Legal Services 10.14

This revision:

• Clarifies the purpose and responsibilities of the Attorney General’s Office (AGO).
• Changes the title of the section to “Legal Services.”

Lawsuits Against WSU Personnel 10.15

This revision clarifies the procedures for requesting legal defense from the AGO and indemnification from the state for WSU officers and/or employees.
