This BPPM revision includes the following changes:

Cost Determination Guidelines 40.09

This minor amendment adds a justification requirement for direct charging of costs to comply with federal rules in 2 CFR 200.413(c).

Form: Distribution Log for Payments of Cash, Gift Cards, and Other Cash Equivalents, and Tangible Property 45.53

This minor amendment changes the dollar amount to over $50 that taxpayer information must be collected for the Substitute W-9 form.

Keys to University Rooms and Buildings 50.25

This revision:

• Updates the WSU Everett key policy and procedures.
• Updates the Key Shop process for obtaining expenditure authority approval to be consistent with current Facilities Services standard operation procedures.
