This BPPM revision includes the following changes:

Cellular Device Allowance Payments 55.70

This revision removes the Earnings Types subsection.

Gift Cards and Cash Equivalents Purchase and Use 70.44

This revision:

  • Replaces Controller with Area Finance Officer as approver for:
    • Use of gift cards or cash equivalents other than what is listed in Table 1; and
    • Single payment in an amount between $250.01 and $599.99 and expected payments totaling less than $600 in a calendar year.
  • Updates Table 1 as follows:
    • Puts funding source worktags in sequential order;
    • Adds more details to research participant incentive payments information; and
    • Adds participant support costs.

University Records–Retention and Disposition 90.01

This revision updates the following records retention tables:

  • Accounting/Fiscal Records
  • Administrative–General Office Operations
  • Payroll and Personnel Records
  • Property Management Records
  • Purchasing Records
  • Safety Records

This revision is part of the University Records Retention Schedule revision approved by the State Records Committee on August 4, 2021.
