This BPPM revision includes the following changes:

Proposal Processing and Development 40.02

This revision adds the option for proposal approvals and eRex forms to be approved by the applicable administrators or their delegates.

Tuition Waivers 60.70

This revision:

• Updates the WSU Pullman website URL where the Tuition Waiver form and information is located.
• Changes the timeline for adding a class and obtaining an instructor’s approval.
• Clarifies the approval process for non-WSU state employees.
• Updates the registration process in accordance with current practices.
• Changes the audit registration deadline.
• Clarifies that the tuition waiver may not be used for any classes delivered 100 percent online.
• Removes the approval signature exception for business courses on the WSU Vancouver campus.
• Removes WSU Pullman and WSU Tri-Cities from the Tuition Waiver Request form.
• Updates registration information on the Tuition Waiver Request form that correspond to changes made in the section.

Role-Based Access to Protected Health Information 88.12

This new section defines the policy, requirements, and procedures for the implementation and management of role-based access to protected health information (PHI).
