This policy is being removed and is superseded by new executive policy EP45 University Ethics Policy.

Possible Ethics Violations 10.22

This policy is being removed and is superseded by new executive policy EP45 University Ethics Policy.

Use of Resources to Support a Charity, Charitable Organization, or Charitable Purpose 10.24

This revision:

• Updates the policy, procedures, responsibilities, and requirements for requesting the use of state resources for charitable purposes.
• Moves responsibility for providing advice and review or requests to use a state resource in connection with a charity or charitable purpose from the Internal Audit Office to the Ethics Compliance Advisor.
• Changes the title of the section from “Charities.”

Personal Use of University Resources 20.37

This policy is being removed and is superseded by new executive policy EP45 University Ethics Policy.
