This BPPM revision includes the following changes:

10.35 Internal Rule-Making Procedures

This revision:

• Updates roles and responsibilities for reviewing and updating WAC rules.
• Updates timeline steps in accordance with current practice.
• Adds the use of the Equity Lens Tool and EP41 as part of the draft development process.
• Adds a section summarizing emergency and expedited rule-making options available in certain circumstances.
