This BPPM revision includes the following changes:

General Purchasing Information 70.01

This revision adds a policy disclaimer note stating that WSU has elected to defer implementation of federally-funded purchase regulations under 2CRR200 until July 1, 2018; until such time the University will continue with procurements under OMB Circular A-110.
