This BPPM revision includes the following changes:

Toll Call Authorization 85.41

This revision:

• Removes the procedures for requesting calling cards.
• Updates the procedures for users to:
  • View monthly statements,
  • Request toll call authorization codes,
  • Set up unrestricted telephone lines, and
  • Submit service requests.

ITS Online Customer Statements 85.42

This revision changes the name of the section and updates the procedures for obtaining the monthly online customer statements.
