This BPPM revision includes the following changes:

Fiscal Responsibilities for Sponsored Projects 40.01

This revision:

• Changes the title of this section from “Fiscal Responsibilities for Grants and Contracts.”
• Updates the responsible individuals’ roles related to the fiscal responsibility of sponsored projects.
• Updates ORSO and SPS responsibilities and services related to the administration of sponsored projects.

WSU Holidays — Holiday Schedule 60.76

This revision updates the WSU holiday schedule for July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2023.

Travel Expense Reimbursement 95.20

This revision:

• Changes the title of this section from “Travel Expense Voucher.”
• Adds subsections for allowable expenses and expenses not allowed for reimbursement.
• Adds a subsection describing “Accountable Plan” as outlined in the IRS Pub 463.
• Adds deadline information about TEV preparation and travel expense submission.
• Updates content related to TEV preparation and processing.
